    With all the distractions going during this time of COVID-19, I appreciated Jude keeping me informed of where we stood in the process. Compared to our previous mortgage, we’ll save a nice amount every month with the lower interest rate.

    It seemed as though paperwork that was submitted went "missing" and had to be resubmitted. My husband is really the only reason that we re-financed. Even at closing, the #s were not correct. I am not sure where the miscommunication was in regards...
