    Too many people working on our loan. Keep getting email to sign something and could not get it opened to sign document. I told someone that I had never signed up to get emails that I could not sign. First paper we received was for loan lock...

    The only problem seemed to be that Wiiliam apparently could not see documents signed by us and sent to another department. This made for duplicate requests to sign the same documents. Other than that service was fine.
