Just would have liked some verbal communication for feedback and guidance on the financial aspects of it because I would have change the down payment due to the final closing cost and this is where I’m having issue with

There were several instances of miscommunication and my loan processor was reassigned with no notice to me until I received a text from the new one. Several items I was told were complete from the first processor did not appear to be resolved...
