William made the process of buying a home 100 times easier! He had good advise for us and answered any and all questions we had as quick as possible.
Two emails were unanswered. The website was confusing and unresponsive. Closing was supposed to be done online, we asked to confirm. Found out after in-person signing, that the online portion was incomplete after asking several times.
Responded in a timely manner and answered all questions.
Will made this process so seem less and made sure all our questions were answered!
William was always available to answer questions and to assist.
