Some of the timelines for various actions were unclear. We would get suspended, but then we would be told that something had to occur sooner. On two occasions it wasn't clear if we had to act because there was a hard deadline or the CCM Team...

Will was always available and made sure everything was good to go in order to make a quick closing!
