It was easy to get ahold of Will when I had a question. Quick response.
The convenience of texts and emails made the experience so much easier than faxing or USPS mailing of documents. Will Reno answered my emails promptly and this was greatly appreciated!!
Most importantly, Will is responsive. He picks up the phone when I call and clearly explains to me answers to my questions. Will also negotiates hard on my behalf and I really appreciate it. I know he's in my corner.
Will is easy to work with, the process though can be a bit byzantine, and I wasn't always sure what had been done and what hadn't. Luckily, in those times, Will provided good guidance.
