Will was able to come up come up with creative ways to get my cost to close down, along with getting me cleared to close in 9 days. I can’t recommend Will and his team highly enough!
There were some numbers that changed in price without asking if we could afford the extra price down and closing cost, however, Will was able to get that price back down reasonably!
Overall a good experience. I would have appreciated better communication regarding costs prior to sending documents for signature.
