underwritiers (not Will) made it an unpleasant experience. Asking for required documents earlier and not continuing to add multiple difficult to obtain daily new items up until the night before closing would have made it better.
From start to finish the process was made very easy. The communication was great, Will and his team were very responsive to any questions we had.
