Will was great but many things were asked for that were submitted then asked for again. Some information was not good enough and had to be a certain way meaning in their form instead of the way our institutions were used to providing that information....

The process for supplying documentation for underwriter could be alot simpler. I was getting frustrated with the redundancy of requests for supporting documentation. I really had to jump through hoops to complete the process.
