Wes, on several occasions, went above and beyond what I would expect his responsibilities to be in not just the loan processing but other aspects of ensuring the successful closing of our new home.
I got too many emails. One from each company and sometimes multiple a day. It’s nice to get the status updates but I don’t need the same thing from both companies, and I don’t need to know if nothing has changed since the last email.
Excellent communication and best options, we are clients of Wes for life.
