Great experience
As a first time home buyer,i knew very little about the process to buying a house. Uncle Wes made me feel confident, that everything was going to be addressed and taken care of. Thank you Uncle Wes,and thank you Janna Harris!
Nice people and they know what they are doing and guide you through everything.
Was not told I would have to pay $1000 out of pocket to complete the loan. Had $55000 in funds from land sale applied to the loan, and they still left a $1000 difference to be paid at closing and was not informed beforehand.
Wes and crew where very nice and stayed on top of everything and ahead of the ball

Wes Masters has been in mortgage lending since 1995. He moved his family from Amarillo to San Angelo in August of 2006 to develop the mortgage center for San Angelo National Bank; which is part of the First Financial BankShares (FFIN) family of banks and it is this relationship that allows San Angelo National Bank to bring a higher level of mortgage lending to our local market. He is an FHA, VA and Conventional Underwriter and most recently, Masters earned his Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist certification (CMPS) which focuses on the utilization of mortgages as a strategic tool in wealth creation strategies, cash flow management and on the utilization of the mortgage to increase and/or preserve wealth.
