    Nothing against Wayne, Wayne was helpful knowledgeable and available. I dealt with Kim Beatty mostly. Also a good experience, she was take charge to get things done. Good job overall

    We were always kept aware of what was needed and where we were in the process. There were some glitches with Factual Data, that could have been better, but overall I would recommend Embrace to anyone - and I actually have to my daughter.

    Wayne was very available. Only thing I would comment that could be improved is staff communication about loading documents. Wayne was awesome! Settlement went smoothly.
