Wayne made our re-finance process so easy! He was available to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. I have referred him to many friends already!
Lorena was excellent getting me prepped and on point and walking me through everything. Kim was great taking over from Lorena.
Wayne and Kim did a very good job getting our loan processed. Good and mostly proactice communication. The only hiccup was with the appraiser, but I know that Wayne had no control over him or that process.
I had a lot of extraneous circumstances in regards to my refinance. Wayne and his team were very patient and worked with me every step to help do whatever they could. In the end everything worked out and the refinance went perfect.
Three week closing
Wayne got us a great deal and made it easy as well. Highly recommended.
