He's an avid runner, weight lifter, golfer, and Climber of 14ner's (those dedicated to climbing mountain peaks with a 14,000 altitude). The first time he visited Colorado Springs, he went home and told his wife Julie: "I found a place for us to live." Ten years later, his vision came true and the couple (who recently celebrated their 38th anniversary) and their two children moved here and never looked back. Wayne has always made an impact as a businessman. He earned his degree in business and later his MBA. He grew up in Ohio and has lived in Missouri, Minnesota, Northern and Southern California before finding the place he was meant to be. For many years, he was a sales engineer in San Jose. Then he bought a dental imaging systems company and grew that business while expanding its marketing reach worldwide. After he sold the company, real estate was a natural transition for a professional with his strong leadership, management and marketing capabilities.
