Both Jody and Jessica provided great service. Answered all questions in a timely manner. With the expectation of an incompetent appraiser, loan process went very smooth.
Jody and his team did a great job following though and completing our refinance with the terms that were advertised. Quick response time and professional manner. Highly recommend.
