It was a pleasant experience from everyone involved. I was informed, updated often and had information broke down to me when needed. Service was friendly, efficient and very considerate of time and flexibility.
The effort was always present. At times I felt I had to inquire on possible solutions rather than being given a choice on how to proceed, but this is how the game goes
