    The entire refinancing process was very easy even though there were some difficult challenges that were beyond anyone's control. We were sent updates throughout the process which let us know where things were moving.

    Walter was great - friendly, extremely competent, and got us a superb deal. I appreciated his quick reply to messages and phone calls. He even showed up at the closing - I wasn't expecting that.
