They kept asking fir the same documents over and over. Walter called me with a mad attitude saying our income was too low and they weren’t making any money off this loan. Really you guys did it for free?? Not.
Walter and his team were very helpful. We asked a lot of questions and asked many of the Same questions more than once. He and his team were always pleasant and happy to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision.
