    Appreciated the level of automation. Previous loans put a lot of burden on us as a borrower to secure copies of paper documents and research questions that seemed to be readily apparent with proper research. Great support office.

    Overwhelming trying to read details for everything through phone and re-reading via computer and trying to meet deadlines. Overall it was good and got my home despite not getting 1st homebuyer.
