    Victor was the Buyers lender where I represented the Seller. He and his team were highly professional and efficient. I was always kept informed and I was always able to connect with him or someone from his team.

    I would definitely have liked better communication from the beginning to have everyone on the same page rather than in the dark. The whole situation was so unpleasant and unprofessional.

    Your bank requested a 10 day extension to closing with truly unclear reason, then they extended another 2 days without any notice or explanation. The communication was horrible!!!!! I have 40+ closings a year and have never been so frustrated...
