Issues were more with Churchill Mortgage and their internal policies rather than the service from Victor himself. Can't say the service was better than ok, since at the end of the day, they did miss our closing date.

If he didn’t tell me I could get a manually underwritten loan with only 10% down initially around February when I told him the last guy at Churchill said I had to have 20% it wouldn’t have wasted a bunch of my and my real estates time
