The information I got was incorrect and botched the paperwork on the closing day. My loan was changed without my consent, and anything I said about the errors was discounted as irrelevant.
Very informative and helpful, promptly answered any questions and concerns, always pleasant to deal with, did everything in their power to make sure the loan process kept making steady progress and did not get bogged down.
