Vanessa was very focused towards problem solving and providing the best options towards our needs! Very efficient towards getting our request processed.
She communicated very openly and honestly and worked the loan out so we didn't have to struggle to pay. Huge praise for the amount of work she had to do and communicate with us in this VA loan process.
