Valerie was super professional, but warm and caring at the same time! That doesn't happen much, in my experiences, anyway. The whole process was simple, fast and enjoyable!
Valerie is kind and a caring person. She is great at communicating and is a very knowledgeable Loan officer.
Overall experience was good... Not great but better than OK. There was quite a bit of communication gaps, phone calls and emails not returned in a timely fashion or at all. However, i'm happy with the service and the fact they got the escrow...
