Valentina provided great service and communication throughout. If she was unable, she provided a secondary contact, who was able to assist. Also, Valentina answered our questions during the process and was patient.

While I do enjoy my time off by traveling and attending music events up and down the East Coast, I feel happiest to be able to help people with something as important as their home financing.
