Quick response times
Her assistants were very conscientious about dotting very i and crossing every t. Seems they were a bit too particular about less important things. I think they were a bit “green”.

Very fast and responsive
Document requests seemed excessive. List of needed docs should have been disclosed in advance. Did not find out about tax return requests until closing day which is unacceptable
Valentina and her team were incredibly quick and communicative. There was no question too small. The team made me feel far less alone and confused from start to finish. I would recommended ten times out of ten.
