My partner and I have a non-standard situation when our employer pays us through a 1099 instead of W-2 (fellows at NIH) thus restricting us from getting a mortgage in a bank. Valentina made homeownership possible for us.
Valentina was professional and provided INSTANT communication back throughout the process. She provided reassurances that the process was moving smoothly when challenges arose. I would absolutely recommend her.
