Val was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a complicated loan approval process for a number of different reasons, and Val helped us through each obstacle with terrific communication and professionalism.
Valentina was very professional and always so quick to respond to our questions, concerns, etc. She made herself very accessible and we felt our loan was a big priority for her!
