Everyone I encountered was professional, answered all my questions and made the experience stress free. I would highly recommend Nova Home Loans.
What made it great was that Ms. Yearego handled most everything and advised us of what we actually needed to accomplish step by step. I was across the globe during most of the process and it was still very simple.
A phone call would make things more pleasant. Yes technology is the way of this day and age, but it is better apprecisted to be called and given information for those of us who are not glued to our phones or computers.
