Underwriter and Tyler not on the same page regarding our documents. The provided closing cost was incorrect, resulting in additional payment. Several unnecessary documents with outdated numbers were sent.
Tyler made the process very simple to follow and did great letting me know everything I would need for approval and how the process worked and my options.
