    The loan docs were not initially correct, and had to be redone twice, which delayed closing and caused some confusion

    Buyer had to keep nagging you to close on time. Appraiser forgot to show up the first time. Then when he did the appraisal he used comps from towns that are 30 and 45 miles away. But you did close on time in spite of this
