    everything was quick and easy. In the past I would be 2 weeks into a application while the loan officer was still asking me for more documentation. That was not the case here. I was given a complete list up front

    This was our first experience with a refinance. Silverton Mortgage offered great rates. The process was pretty simple, however, it took a little longer than we were expecting. I am assuming they are in high demand these days.
