    Tyler and Sabrina were very responsive, even when the underwriting process was tough and taking way too much time. That's one thing that can't really change in the mortgage biz, but customer service was impeccable.

    Closing date was a pain and cancelled the first time Silvertons fault paperwork not ready and I wasn't notified so there went one Friday so rescheduled for the next Friday NO ONE showed up : -( Notary's fault this time then finally was completed...
