Good communication, and kept the transaction moving at a fast pace!
Tyler was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions I had. He made the process of getting a house very straightforward. Would recommend him to anyone.
Obtaining a new mortgage is never as smooth as you would think but your whole staff is so incredibly friendly that they make the process so easy.

Poor communication. Client’s earnest money went hard. Clear to close came very late in the process. It didn’t appear Lender was involved with the buyer on transferring funds. Buyer late in the process was stressing over wire transfer.
Tyler and team made the loan process very easy and kept things moving along. They were efficient with our time and worked to get us the best options that suited our growing family.
