    More information on closing date and lack of communication on the final day as we were awoken from sleeping at 11:05 pm to find out someone was coming over to close. The last communication was at 6 pm and no response there after. Went to bed...

    Other lenders kept me on hold or took a long time to eventually tell me that they couldn't help me. Tyler was able to get the loan through and kept in touch along the way so I never was curious as to what was going on.
