This is my second loan using Tyler Morris. If I need another I will return! Tyler is extremely competent amd efficient, and closed within days

Tyler was professional and very easy to work with! He made the process simple to understand , worked around my hectic schedule and very smooth, keeping me informed the entire time.

to improve I would suggest knowing the actual time line instead of saying "a Few days" and the process taking one month longer that expected. Selling us on a 50% off Lock Fee (that we never received) and a percentage rate mentioned in the sales...

Tyler made refinancing our home loan very straightforward and explained everything so that we were confident moving forward. The process was quick and was made as easy as possible for us.
