I strive to educate my customers throughout each step of the process to help them reach their goal. In a business that is always changing, I believe a positive mind and willingness to learn allow me to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. My experience as a software support specialist allowed me to work one on one with clients walking them through any issues or obstacles they were facing, and educating them throughout the process.
