Tyler did a great job assessing the goals that I wanted to accomplish in this transaction and worked diligently to help me do that. He was pleasant to speak with and maintained great communication.

Tyler and Scott made the whole refinance experience almost effortless.
This has been the worst refinance experience ever. No communication, mistakes. Took over 2 months to close, most conventional loans can close in 30-45 days. Payoff amounts were wrong, and no one calls you back. Terrible customer service.

In a business that is always changing, I believe a positive mind and willingness to learn allow me to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. My experience as a software support specialist allowed me to work one on one with clients walking them through any issues or obstacles they were facing, and educating them throughout the process.
