All staff were great but the underwriters like all underwriters are worth much less praise.

The whole experience was great. It took longer than I expected, but there were issues on my end that they helped me with. The closing was great the young lady came right to our home and was very professional and was in and out.
Got the job done and it wasn't difficult. Felt confident in the process. Felt though that once I submitted info, I had some difficulty confirming that the info I provided resolved the ask.

In a business that is always changing, I believe a positive mind and willingness to learn allow me to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. My experience as a software support specialist allowed me to work one on one with clients walking them through any issues or obstacles they were facing, and educating them throughout the process.
