Getting documentation needed for underwriting quicker and getting paperwork ready for closing faster
Tyler was precise and timely in communicating the steps to follow in the loan process. When questions arose, Tyler was available and quick to provide support, guidance, and insight to keep things moving.
Transferring to a different loan officer midway between the process was a little uncomfortable I would’ve preferred to stick with Tyler and was glad that he came back to pick up on the tail end.
Tyler was responsive and knowledgeable. He helped through every step of the process and the loan closed 2 days ahead of schedule!
