Easier to contact or reach. Tyler was nice, but we were pretty much lost through the whole process. We do wish we had just gone with our own bank since our loan was sold right away anyway to AmeriHome.
At the wire, there was a question as to if we could close that day or not. We had a large window to work with and it shouldn't have been cut so close.
