Great people to work with
Tyler was very forthcoming with information and did everything he could to work with us around unforseen hurdles.
Communication was limited. Was not comfortable with process and was very reluctant to ask questions.
I wasn't a fan of "the way business is conducted due to covid19" but Tyler and Kim made the process more tolerable.
Kept me in the know of where I was in the loan process. In addition, any questions I had in reference to Closing Disclosure he was able to answer.
