Tyler walked us through the process every step of the way and worked hard with his team to get us the best rates available. As it happens, we ended up not proceeding with the refi after all. But that had nothing to do with Tyler's efforts....

Tyler and Lower gave us the best rates around. Tyler was quick to respond to any questions I had. Don't think I would ever have to refinance again due to the rate but if I do I would go through Lower again.

I shopped around using bankrate and Lending Tree to get some offers for a refinance. Lower.com was the first caller of the barrage calls from Lending Tree. Be Warned! They were very helpful, had the lowest rates and the lowest closing cost...
