    It was okay, getting information sometimes would take some time. But sometimes the information given didn’t match up with what other departments needed. Overall, we made it and everything ended up okay.

    Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator in regards to the process and items needed. This is the 4th time I have used Tyler for a purchase or refinance and the level of service is always top of the line.
