    Tyler was great, a definite 10. The Pivot team as a whole was really helpful. The Pen Fed side, underwriters, and appraisal were less than favorable but Tyler made up for it.

    Tyler, was the key to the experience. While I wish it wouldn't have taken as long to close and the closing costs would have been less, I'm still glad we did it.
