The processing and/or underwriting team has really been dropping the ball. Troy has been picking up the slack for sure but it's not fair to him

I think something’s should have been caught and taken care of earlier. It just didn’t make sense that it took a whole week to get info to title after we got the check that we were waiting on. Clearly more had slipped through the cracks.
