Troy was great. He was always available to answer questions and clearly explain the process. I never had a doubt we would get the best rate and close on time. I highly recommend Troy and Cross Country.

Troy was a nightmare to deal with and I wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy. He lied multiple times, made false promises, and was terrible at communicatin. Days or a week would go by with no responses to my multiple calls / texts.
