I refinanced with you last year and went with you again because i was so impressed with Troy there was no feed back he did not communicate with me at all thank goodness for Pamala in your customer service she deserves a raise
Easy to understand the process
He was very patient and was not pushy
The experience in some ways was nerve wrecking. Amerisave sent emails and texts EVERY DAY, several times a day, and that really bothered me. What might have made it better was not getting so many email and texts.
