Troy is friendly, smart, and has very good follow through. He always made himself available, stayed in touch, and offered several different options to meet our needs.
Troy was very communicative, helpful and explained the process to us. He also helped us get the best rate and explored alternative financing options with us

Troy was very communicative and personable and made us feel like we had someone we could trust and count on, no matter when (or how many) we had questions. He was a delight to work with.
Communication and knowledge and on top of that Personable, you know, people can have all the skills, but if they're not personable, it just doesn't leave a great taste in your life.
Troy was very available for questions and encouraging throughout the whole process especially since we hadn't gone through this particular situation. It was a pretty seamless experience.
