Communication was non existent. Contract date for mortgage commitment was only met when a VP became involved, and contract closing date was missed altogether. Items were requested from and delivered by buyers immediately, but the same items...

She came to the process late, having my application handed to her by a previous loan representative. Very little interactio, but things got done.
